Enchinea And E

(Sorry mods no search function, and is this in the right Forum?)
Hey everyone

Was just wondering , Say someone had been taking Enchinea & Zinc Gel caps to get over a flu for a bout a week , and was over the flu and Wanted to Take E.. Would The enchinea in the system Mess with The E in anyway?? Like could it be dangerous in any way or numb any of the effects ?? Etc etc etc ??

I don't have any technical info to back this up but from personal experience and from the experience of friends who've had echinea(sp?) before and after pills, there's no apparent problems...
It didn't affect the peak in anyway, didn't effect the comedown period either...
I just took the echinea because I'd had a cold the week before and didn't want a relapse...
Med Q&A should have something, have a look through the threads in there...

I take Echinacea on a regular basis and it doesn't affect your ability to roll in anyway

It won't effect the quality of a roll at all. In fact its a good idea to have a little extra when you get home & are coming down just to keep you healthy.

nah Echinaesia is great! everyone should be taking it if they are partying regular as it boosts your immunity.
