empathy from LSD

Took a low dose of acid today (around 70 mics) in the morning. The trip was pretty fun but nothing mind blowing. Except I experienced really strong empathy with everyone... All the conversations with random people went incredibly smooth (I'm usually a bit awkward socially). I could read people really and connect with them really well for some reason. I haven't experienced that before... Well maybe with MDMA but it was different.

There were several times when our thoughts overlapped and said the same thing at the same time. Like "lets go to X". This is interesting because I was the only one tripping. I was extremely comfortable with myself and loving towards everyone.

Any thoughts on this? I usually trip alone and on much higher doses. This was new to me. It's good to learn how good I can be with/to other people. Will this feeling of empathy stay? This makes me want to keep experimenting with lower LSD doses... Maybe it's normal.. I just can't feel it without acid. Pity. Would love to be that way.

I think with a little bit of work towards the goal you can implement the social aptitude you exped into you're regular mindset

Maybe try a few more low dose exps after this to help ingrain it into yourself.

I definitely know what you mean though, I'm a fan of low dose mingling! Helps me to feel what is "right to say"
Maybe try meditating before mingling sober sometime, perhaps the calming and centering will get you into a similar mindset that will let your social exchanges flow more easily

I took some psychedelic cactus and had a very similar experience. The visuals weren't very strong at all, but I felt like a kid and "connected" with everyone.
