I've done pills twice now and I've found that 1-2 days after I'm an emotional wreck,I get really sensitive and fight really easily and if something sad comes my way I practically nearly break down and cry.
Am I the only 1?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Get some 5-htp supplements, there's link in the index page of this Aust. Drug Discussion to suppliers, it might help you a bit to with your seroition (sp?) levels.

I was lucky and was able to take, at a guess 50+ pills before getting mad depression from pills.

if you are getting it already I am TELLING you to stop now, or save them for VERY special occasions.

Although only mild for myself, it is enough to take a LONG LONG break.

that effect is generally reserved for mid to long term users. i suspect you are highly suseptable to the side effects and should seriously consider whether you need to continue the habit.

I find speed comedowns = sad, sulky.. "the world sucks, everything sucks i'm going to go kill myself now :("

But I find XTC comedowns slightly different.. I snap easily and if something or somebody pisses me off they will hear about it!

btw GTA3 is really good on a comedown/recovery - nothing like running over policemen while K'd out of your skull..

UNO when K'd is a good way to relax too...

Infact just take K it will help with the comedown :D

heehee

(to the tune of baby got back)

I like phat lines i cannot lie
All you brothas cant deny
When you see a line with an itty bitty waist
You rush over to it post haste
And end up with K all over your face

baby got high

Its really lame but I made that up myself while racking @ an afterparty

I always find that having a few billies on the "comedown" totally gets rid of any feelings of irritation or depression :)

I think it's realistic to accept that for most people, MDMA is not a 1 day ride. It's more like 3-4, and that's if you don't over-do it.

Taking less certainly reduces the impact of the comedown, but repeated dosing may not. Try finding the lowest dose which still allows you to find the magic. It won't be as intoxicating, but beauty is still noticed and felt.
By taking infrequent, smaller doses, the "honeymoon" period typically reported with MDMA, can be greatly extended.

I personally find the comedown to be of significant importance to the experience. It's definitely the best reflective phase, where you are likely to discover the most about yourself and others. It's just not all cushions and feathers like the roll itself.

If it bothers you, and you wish to continue using the drug, my advice is to read up on pre/post loading, reserve yourself the time afterwards to relax with no additional pressures, and get adequate sleep and food before and after the roll.

oh i totally feel you ~lol~ i hate feeling like that. The people who know me best tend to say - "you'll be skattered for 2 weeks after havig that pill" lol

thanks, all ur info really helped
i really cant see myself from stopping now though as my NYE on pills was too good not never to take them again :D .I can handle the depression i'd suffered from it for years b4 i even took pills but i've seen the light,i dont even smoke bongs anymore, pills made me see i can have a happier life without smoking weed. ah thus is the magic of mdma.
i take it twice a month at the most so i can deal with it,all i really needed to know was that i wasn't the only 1
thank you all =D

'Coming down' off drugs is the best bit.
The depression/anxiety is all in your head, believe me because I willed it away myself.
It's not that hard if you work at it.

This is when it's good to view your soul or centre of consciousness as being somewhat etherial. It is located everywhere and nowhere in the body. Willpower is the power connection, and can override virtually everything else.

When there's no noticeable DA and NE reserves left - the absolutely flat space after days of pumping them dry- a fright or emergency can have you on your feet in milliseconds, sharp and ready to act as if cellular reserves were suddenly topped up.

So then, does it mostly comes down to what and how things are prioritised?

what the hell is DA and NE, that sounded like a very interesting post, if only i could understand it....

I'd put that down to adrenaline release rather than noradrenaline release.

And there are still significant intracellular reserves, its just that receptor activation will be subnormal. A quick burst (e.g. a fright) will bring you back up past "normal".
