ooooh! I forgot this one the other day - IO couldn't remember the name of the artist.
This has to be the most emotional track that I have ever heard - always put it on when we are leaving a party, and are coming down. Gets to me big time.
Silence - Delerium (I probably still got it wrong!)
Its on Northern Exposure (No. 3 I think)
Its soooo good.
Luv voods

Ok, have to agree with the many who have said BT and Moby. I cant believe more haven't said Radiohead, particularly their album The Bends. "Street Spirit" especially is gently melancholy, always moves me.
But my all time favouite emotional song has to be "The host of Seraphim" by Dead can Dance .. beautiful beyond words, angelic is the only way I can describe it.

OMG - bandicoot - the host of seraphim ... yes i know that song and i know what you mean.. didnt think of that one. THAT is emotional beyond words, i agree completely. The other song i love off the Baraka soundtrack is Wandering Saint. Actually, that whole CD is just amazing, really. An amazing film, too.

BT - Movements in Still Life - the whole fuckin cd
