I overheard my manager on the phone with the head manager, and apparently a drug test I had to take from work came back positive for amphetamines.
I managed to grab the testy results and make a photo copy. It was done using an EMIT test.
Now, I've been working at this place for 3 weeks already, and they seem to love me there. Now my manager called up and said they need me to come in immediately, tomorrow, for an important meeting.
I managed to reschedule until the day after, saying I had irreversible plans. The thing is, I stopped using crystal for the customary 3 days before my test. Before then I used infrequently, fearing this test.... BUT- after the test was over and done with, I had a lot of 6am shifts so I been doing crystal a lot.
So I have like 24 hours to figure something out... what are my legal rights, and also is there any way I can get out of this? What kind of reactions should I show??? etc. Thank you sooo much, I really cant lose this job. A lot of things are riding on this.
