can suboxone and adderall be injected from the same needle at the same time? does the combination cause any chemical reactions when the two meds touch,
the sub was filtered through cotton and drawn up, the addy was mixed with the sub solution and filtered 3times through cotton .... is this ok to do?

Worst that can come of this (provided you filter with a micron filter, which you didn't) is the amphetamine wears off before an overdose of the opiod does, and you go into respiratory arrest.

^It is actually quite common for people to inject Suboxone/Subutex (buprenorphine). Just browse through Other Drugs, there are many threads on the topic.
