I have a bottle of apap-codiene 180 ml. I looked it up and it says it's 120mg of codiene and 12 mg of apap per ml. is this possible? does anyone know if this is real because then there would be over 19000 mg of cod in it right?

It's the other way around, 12mg of codeine and 120mg of APAP per 'teaspoon' according to what I just googled.
