Does every state have a prescription tracking system for Schedule II drugs?

Currently, every state except Missouri has implemented a prescription drug monitoring program or PDMP.

Yup good ol national pill mill Missouri, that'll end soon enough they've been trying to pass legislation to implement one.

I was surprised to see that only Saint Louis county began this last year and it's not statewide like everyone else. Guam even, wow!

Yep, the county is pretty far ahead of the rest of the state, they take after chicago quite a lot. The rest of the state is stuck in the 70s.

The treatment center i work at uses the pill monitoring system to find clients selling their perscribed narcotics, since you can't take them while in the program. I've seen guys seem like they are doing good, then all the suddon they get discharged because they have been selling their painpills.
