Elderly 10mgish PO - 7-oh - first experience

10mg (ish) roughly half of an 18mg pill consumed orally about 1 hour ago.

Person is feeling classic opioid comeup, warmth, and some consistent pains have been relieved to an amnt they are satisfied worth. They have tried everything from codeine to patches (which all work I am not claiming this to be better or even equal) but currently have no opioid/ate tolerance.

Very much worth the fairly steep cost from the 'gas station' depending on duration on pain killing effects.

Overall if you have pain and noone is writing you may wanna check this one out. (or stock up before it goes illegal; which idk once it is at gas stations that is the trajectory usually but I am no nostradaumas).

Srry it is so minimal I didnt wanna go swimming on ya but I can't report what I dont feel.

It's far cheaper to buy crystal 7-OH-Mitragynine if you ever want to. I do that, especially because it's easier to insufflate/vaporize from a crystal form than with nasty pill binders all mixed up in it. I also feel that once it's illegal, people will still be producing it, it's something that people can do with greater ease than converting cocaine into crack.

Have you used it again since this report was written, if so, what do you think of it since?

I actually haven't got to use it at all as I am on between 1-2 mg sub a day. They have kept said person out of pain for the last week and a half ish; says "I dont get buzzed like morphine but it seems to stop the pain as well". (This is why you don't do second hand trip reports).

Person has been on it about every other day and it is still killing pain and exhibiting traditional opiate qualities. I am a bit skeptical of long term use as I have not read into it at all. (Horror stories? Somethin to make me feel safer?)

I figured buying it in powder would be way cheaper and almost surely what the gas stations are doing. How hard is it to locate in crystal form, like mainstream auction site easy to get or find a vendor hard to get. (Ill check myself here at somepoint, by the 3rd time I was givin them 30ish bucks for 100mgs I was reaching the conclusion if this is to go long term a supply is wanted) And I certainly do not want this person in pain so there we go.

One brand was "smurfs" another just called "pressed" --- In fact I still say *Protip* If it is already pressed into tablets you payin too much (Which if under street price is still acceptable often) lol

I think it has pleasant effects on the come up. In fact the come up is nicer than most opiates & opioids. The body effects of PI+7-OH really stand out at 80mg and at 160mg the head buzz ruins it. But at 80mg the come up feels very good if it is the first dosage of pain medicine of the day.
