Egg shell looking heroin?

Brother got this new stuff supposedly with a bit of fentanyl in it. But idk.. It comes out the bag in flakes with very little powder, looks like little pieces of eggshell. Same color too. When the flakes are broken up it looks just like the very little powder that comes out of the bag with it... Anybody ever run into these eggshell looking white flakes? If so, what do u think it really was??
 
We don't allow drug ID on bluelight, it could be anything from h to eggshells to lead paint flakes.

I'm sorry but I have to close this.
