Effexor xr and morphine..?

Hello yall! I'm currently on 225mg of effexor xr a day for SAD, GAD, and depression. I have some morphine sulfate on hand from before I was taking the effexor. Is combining the two safe? I can't seem to find much info on this combo. I know effexor and tramadol is a no go, and i've taken percs and effexor before and lived to tell the tale...but I have no clue about morphine.
