Nope -- there is no interaction between to two drugs that I'm aware of.

I thought that SNRIs such as Effexor amplified the effects of opiates but I may be wrong on that. If I remember where I read that I will post more, factual information. In the mean time, just becareful and start off with lower doses of heroin.
As for Effexor and Coke, Effexor as a SNRI (Seretonin and Norepinephrine Re-uptake Inhibitor) would have synergy with cocaine. As cocaine is a norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitor itself.

Deus -- I was on Effexor for about 4 months, and during that time took codeine/vicoden monthly for pain....with absolutely NO difference in the effects of the opiates.
Also, in addition to Effexor being SNRI, it is also a weak dopamine reuptake inhibitor, which obviously adds to the synergy of the Effexor/coke combo.
luv rolling -- In normal langauge, what Deus was saying is that coke will be BETTER if you are taking Effexor. I have found this to be true -- when I was on Effexor coke was more euphoric and lasted longer.

For one Effexor is a SNRI not SSRI. While I think SSRIs are over-prescribed. SNRIs, for people who need them (such as myself, as soon as I talk to my doctor about getting a prescription...You see 6 months of SERIOUS meth abuse has left my brain all warn out) can be quite useful. Please do more reading before you spout biased uncredible "information".
