Effects of smoking incense

ok, me and some friends got some "black tar opium" and we smoked a shit load of it.it didnt do anything(i wasnt sure if it was just me, because everyone else was claiming to have effects), so i came to check out what was up on bluelight, after reading up i realized we had smoked incense.i feel like a tard, but my buddy paid like 100 dollars for it. so i bet he feels worse.but anyway, now that i know, i wont be smokeing anymore of it. but for what i allready smoked, what did it do to me? any thing really bad? yes i am an idiot for not reseraching it first... but no need to tell me that now.

If it was black tar opium then it probably wasn't insence. The stuff people pass off as opium that is really insence is the 'Red Rock Opium'.

no, there is this syuff you can order out of high times called opium incense. looks kinda like resin, sticky, catchs on fire when you try to smkoe it. it definately is incense.

The fake black tar opium from High Times is just a blend of herbs and extracts. It's called "incense" as a legal loophole. Since it's an "incense", it's not intended to be smoked. Therefore the producers of it are not technically liable for people smoking it or for selling look alike drugs.
At any rate, it's probably bad for your lungs, as is all smoke, but it's nothing seriously dangerous.

I didn't see it that way at all...maybe it's because I feel like a dumbass sometimes for smoking red rock in the past thinking it was opium. It can't be too much worse than cigs I guess
