Opioids Effects of Combining Racetams and Opioids?

I can't seem to find any information about combining racetams (the nootropics: Piracetam, Phenylpiracetam, etc.) and Opioids (in my case, Kratom, 7-OH, O-DSMT). Has anyone here had experience combining these? Are there any potential risks to look out for? Looking for any and all information, thanks.

My hope is that they combine well and lead to increased alertness on top of the opioid to reduce drowsiness. I am trying to stay away from addictive stimulants, otherwise I'd just be combo-ing with amphetamine, trust me.
