RCs Effect of OVERDOSE on tolerance

So like a few years ago the first research chemical I ever orderer was Phenazepam and like I did'nt really know how the market was at this time and was a perfect noob in term of testing drugs. I ODed on 1 gram of Phenazepam (ask me why for more information) and now GABAergic drug doesnt seems to hit me anymore unless I take a dose that someone would backout on.

So my question is : Is there permanent tolerance after an huge overdose like that ?
 
Probably. Phenazepam has a long, long half life so functionally an overdose is the same as taking many small doses over the period of a month or so.

"GABAergic drugs" is a pretty wide spectrum category, btw.
