RCs EDMA (3,4-Ethylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine) is this related to/close to MDMA? Toxic?

EDMA (3,4-Ethylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine)

Was in need of a party stim earlier this evening but couldn't link with usual (and sole) MDMA source so got my hands on some of this instead. Never heard of it before. Cursory search yields little but Google not working here bc network dowm for maintenance (still at office, napped 2 hours on cot). Using router w. antenna booster hooked me up with some commercial hotspot but no Google there either just nanny-type search engines. Cool BL works good.

Anyone here knows anything about this RC? Chemistry seems promising at first glance but possibly toxic? Any input welcome.

Also, consider doing your own research. There's a wiki article and PiHKAL entry, to start.

If it's actual EDMA then it's a waste of time to take it, if all you'll get is thresholds at 0.25g. I would save it for posterity. Probably not a good idea to push the dose in hopes of magic happening.

Really, this compound sounds like e.g. 5-IAI... most "non neurotoxic serotonin releasers" are better on paper than they actually are as party drugs.

Thanks. In the end all that happened is that I fell asleep waiting for the dose to produce any sort of effect. Pure waste of resources.
