Edging, do you do it and for how long

I have just started edging and have been wondering how many do it. I have done it for 5 days, with intense sessions over the 5 days. I have a spurt, no semen every now and again.
Whats the longest you have done it
 
I thought in tantra you press on your gooch and there's something you do to injeculate/stop sperm from actually leaving your cock

Anyway, all you do to edge is stop stimulation right before you're about to cum, when you're right on the edge, hence the term.

Most women I know want the guy to get off as fast as possible so that they can go back to things that they really enjoy like eating and shopping on the internet.

I already have the issue of sometimes lasting too long in bed :/ talking 30 minutes without a problem. would edging help with that at all or is there something else I should do?

haha i used to be able to go for hours and hours on benzos/opiates/psychs whatever, even cannabis. I've at times given myself serious cases of blue balls from waiting too long and not being able to cum at all. Without drugs, i can still go for a while but my endurance/stamina goes way down and my desire to prolong such things is diminished greatly. A mix of stimulants and benzos works best for me. Opiates murder my sex drive, there's no point to sex on opiates, can't feel shit.
