How legitimate is this? It seems kind of risky since you have to mail your substance out. Isn't that illegal? Has anybody from Canada ever tried this? Even better, is there a similar testing center located anywhere in southern Ontario?
 
Your sending 1 tablet (or an amount of powder) of an unknown substance to a lab for testing - you do not include any private information (name, address, email) etc.

You then post the material (plus payment) to an address that doesnt indicate that the package "may" contains drugs. They then test and publish the results - Ecstastydata.org have been testing tablets for years now and Ive never heard a single problem - I would say they are legitimate.
 
I once mailed in a pill and was very happy with the testing results. It old me what I suspected, my pill contains no mdma and only meth and psuedoephedrine.

Yes, pills from Canada have been sent in for testing. See this one, that BL/PR had tested with donated funds a couple of years ago: http://www.ecstasydata.org/viewtablet.php?ID=1543

I do not know of any testing places in Canada. However, eData is run by the good people of Erowid, and I promise they are completely legit. :)

Interesting. How much is the payment? (I couldn't find any of these instructions or costs on the site...maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?)
