Have you had any sort of health (mental/physical) problems? I aquired a wonderful problem called TMJ, many surgerys and many muscle relaxers later i'm still in pain.

If you had them, have they gone away and how did you get healthy? NO, getting better once you got it, your pretty much stuck with it
If you had/have problems, do you continue to roll? I haven't in a while like i said but yeah if it was around i'd do it again, i'm just stupid like that

Yes, definitely. A few months before I quit using E, I was having intense comedowns from the pills. It was then that I realized I had to quit. The last straw happened when I was at a rave. I wanted my roll to last longer so I ended up eating 2 pills in wee hours of the morning on top of the 2 I had taken earlier. It was a totally compulsive behaviour. The 2 extra pills didn't even work & for the next week after that roll, I felt extremely depressed, pretty much the worst I've felt in my entire life. I knew then that I really had to make an effort to stop. I stopped for 4 months and started doing it much less frequently. Over the past year, I've only done E twice.

If yes, for how long?
1 year. I lost 20 pounds & had an extremely hard time concentrating in my college courses. I beame depressed. I totally depersonalized. For the 1st time in my life I didn't know who was staring back at me in the mirror. It was a real eye-opener in terms of the negative things I did to my mind and spirit. I was also a heavy weed smoker which probably had something to do with the depersonalization as well. Also for the first time, I hated life. I also had long-term and short-term memory loss.

If you had them, have they gone away and how did you get healthy?
The negative side-effects have gone away almost completely (thank god!). I still notice some long-term memory loss though.

For the past year I've felt wonderful! I got healthy by slowly immersing myself in activities that I loved to do. I regained a sense of self because I focused more on me. I also becamse a vegetarian and started yoga which helped tremendously in letting go of the past.

The whole experience put a lot of things into perspective for me. I only roll on special occasions now and even then, it's not the same. Because I know how much E f*ed with my head, it's harder to let go & enjoy it as I once used to.
