Ok so me and some friends went clubbing friday evening, me and a friend deciced to do half a 'pill' each they were a pinky colour with some sort of bird on the front, they're called 'Double doves' so i've been told, but anyway, i did'nt really feel to much of a buzz, i guessed because of the low dosage, just bright lights really, i actually felt pretty tierd toward the end of the night;
i slept like a baby! woke up the next day feeling fine but pretty dehydrated and dizzy which i had been told is normal, so i drank loads of water and coke etc...throughout the day but in miday i was just laying on the sofa watching a movie and my heart started beating really fast, i stood up and couldnt breathe properly, i had a small panic attack, ive been drinking loads of water, but since i have felt like nothing is real and i have difficulty breathing every so often, and my heart beats fast if i walk? im quite frightend, im not sure if this is unusual or normal? please help;
