My psychiatric said a patient took half E and now she is in a coma for over 6 months. So, can E put you in a coma, or wasn't E? Maybe some cut that made it?

The MDMA itself doersn't do this but if they danced like a loon for hours and overheated or did a Leah Betts and drank 9 litres of water then it's possible.

I'm sure that if someone had a condition that made them predisposed to falling into a coma, MDMA could potentially precipitate it.

If she had Serotonin issues then yes MDMA could cause her to do that. Only in that case, and it wouldn't have been the MDMA technically. It would've been the Serotonin Syndrome which can put people in comas.

dont run b4 u walk iv taken MDMA for 20+ years no probs yet but get the facts and look after your self never allow yourself to over heat

Dont quote me ,but i think you will find leah took mitsubishi turbo`s which actually was not mdma based it was a very similar compound called P.M.A this is almost identical to mdma in the buzzz but super heats you far more dangerous.... without demeaning from the fact that her death was and is very sad and the whole event is truely horrid, the police and government used her family`s loss and sadness for their own propaganda ,moral of it all never take stuf on your own always underdose ,be with responsible friends who will look out for you ,dont over heat ,dont dehydrate, defiantly dont over hydrate ,in my personal opinion dont mix alcohol with E........ all the best

Leah died because of a water overdose. At the time, people out at clubs were being told to stay hydrated and drink a lot of water as some people were dying from MDMA, dancing, and dehydration. What they didn't mention was that they shouldn't drink too much water. Leah drank so much that her sodium levels were diluted and water was drawn into her brain via osmosis, causing swelling that killed her.

Yeah the dehydration is severely overplayed in my opinion. I sweat more playing sport, I don't see people saying sport will kill you from dehydration.

Thats the problem with paranoid over cautious actions in the drug scene. Dying from water overdose takes a special kind of overzealous reaction to risks though I will say a drug that makes this seemingly impossible situation a real thing does allude to its other evil powers and its sneaky intentions of doing you and your brain damage in any way possible.

However in respect to the victims, who would have guessed at this potential risk, it sounds like an abomination against nature itself. God turned water into booze (which i used instead of water for my usage and i was saved from risk, coincidence or obvious hint?). Anything that turns water into poison must be the devil himself at work. Whats next, suffocating on to much air next time. Not so crazy an idea any longer considering water has already been compromised? Run.
