ecstasy before ever taking drugs/alcohol, etc

my friend is coming to visit me and wants to roll. he's never drank alcohol, coffee, smoked weed, nothing. do you think he'll bug out or just be fine? i've experimented with plenty of e and various other chemicals, so i'll be fine. just what are your thoughts on rolling before any other drug or alcohol experience? 8o
 
the biggest worry would be anxiety on the come up. if its going to go bad it will go bad there.

After that he'll love it, just like everybody else. :)

A drug is a drug is a drug. it don't matter what you start with. the most important thing is that before you do it you have done your reasearch and know the good, bad, and ugly of the drug you intend to consume.
 
Like matt said, the come up could be a bit rocky but just remind him hes guna have a great night :)
Tbh I don't think weed or alc would prepare anyone for the experience anyways.

How he will handle it all depends on his personality and his attitude twords it. If he has a possitive attitude about doing it then he will probly have a good experience. Just make shure he starts out low like with half a pill and see how it goes from there.

A friend of mine that didn't really do drugs except for weed and alcohol a small handfull of times wanted to do mushrooms with me. Even though he had very little experience with drugs I still felt he could handle it judgeing by the type of person he was. Unfortinitly my conect wasnt able to get them anymore. I ended up doing salvia with him instead and he handled the experince very well.


Like SignifyZ said I would make shure you know the pills are clean and eather try them out first or use a test kit to check the contents.

Most people on here have had a 'first drug experience' its your responsibility to make his a brilliant one.

Test your gear and make sure that the set/setting is as good as it gets for rolling.

Its impossible to say how he is going to react - chances are if you've done your homework then it should be a great time.
 
They say you fall in love with your mentor to ecstasy and I think there's a lot of truth in that, well he's my closest male mate! I love my girlfriend more. Lol. The empathy was incredible for me. Look after him and ensure he's in a nice, relaxed surrounding.

Hope he has an amazing time.:)

That's about it. Just explain to him that he is going to come up VERY fast, almost uncomfortably. But tell him not to worry, just sit him down, get him some water and something to do to get his mind off it (conversation, TV, maybe even a quick walk around the block) and within minutes he should be at a very comfortable state of mind and ready to take on the night!

I remember my first time and I shot up so fast, I stopped mid sentence to sit down and had someone get me water. I was lost in my head for a bit looking around feeling the effects, then 5 minutes later my body adjusted and I was fucking READY to hit the bars and see people :)

even the thought of smoking weed made me paranoid

the night i did it, i was just hanging out with friends who were doing it, i was supposed to be the dictator for all of the crazy shit they said.

they all dropped one, and about 30 minutes later, one of them went to redose with a half and they were having so much fun i decided to join in with a half.

the half didn't do anything, so i figured one more couldn't hurt when the next redose came

it hit me like a truck.

so i didn't really have much of a come up, and it kept my (normally outrageous) anxiety at bay.
 
mdma was my first not counting weed and alcohol. tottaly turned my life around, imo for the better.
 
MDMA is a close friend of mines first experience, precluding even alcohol. She tells me that starting with something like MDMA has done a lot to discourage her from drinking too much; when you start with something like ecstacy drinking just doesn't cut it.

Your friend will be fine. Just be there for them and make sure you play with their hair or give them a lightshow or something.
 
In addition to providing a safe environment, I would direct him to some good information about the effects of MDMA, like theDEA.org.

I don't see why he would need to try alcohol first. Drinking too much and puking isn't going to better prepare him for doing MDMA.
 
Actually I second the notion of having him research it. Have him hitup these forums, and read a LOT of the experiences on Erowid. I'm SO glad I educated myself before the first pop, went into it feeling much better and ready for an amazing time like the stories I read.
 
Confirm that what you are giving the person is in fact ecstasy as this is an important moment for them and will set their view on the substance most likely for the rest of their life.
If they are confident about rolling then I say allow them, I think they would have a fantastic time and may consider doing it again.

+ 1 to that make sure you have clean pills a good setting and just go with the flow and re-assure
Him he'll be fine if he comes into any anxiety it's all part of the jig. Apart
From that I think he'll have a great time
 
Haha yeah it's your MORAL obligation to make his first time his best time ever. I really need to introduce someone, I think I personally would have a blast walking them through it all :)
 
I wish my first drug was a huge line of coke. Or maby meth...


first drug experiences with real drugs(meaning good drugs) aren't a bad thing, as long as he's a confident person.


A better test would be to put a drug free person on about 12 hits of acid(telling them what it is), and seeing if they can not freak out!
 
My first MDMA pill was before i had touched any other drug, never drank or smoked weed before. I had the time of my life, i was very skeptical about drugs back then but glad I took that pill because it was the absolute time of my life
