Ecstasy and Staying Safe

So I've been rolling since this October, I've taken a total of 6 pills across four events. In this line up:
Deadmau5 Oct 16th (2 pills)
Avicii Oct 23rd (1 pill)
Chromeo Nov 5th (1 pill)
Nero Dec 16th (2 pills on a 24hr fast)

I really enjoy not only the Ecstasy but also EDM music and the rave scene in general BUT I really want to be safe about it.

So I have a few questions.

First: I have some big line-ups coming up most specifically 3 raves in a row over New Years (30th, 31st,
1st). I understand that it would be bad to roll for 2 or 3 of these so I am going to only take E on NYE,
however I want to know if its ok to be drinking alcohol the other nights, most specifically the day after, will the alcohol cause damage because there is still some E in my system (half-life).
If anyone could recommend a regimen/schedule that is the safest that would be much appreciated

Next: Molly vs Rolls? I currently have about 35 pills, 2 of which i know to be very pure safe, the rest I
am a little dubious about. I bought pills because the first time I tried Molly (eZoo 2011) I almost threw
up (I have a bad gag reflex) but now I know that you can put Molly in gel caps. Any pros/cons? I know
Molly is seen to be more pure, but I also heard its a very chill, relaxed high, I dont know if that will work as well as the pills to take a raves etc.

Any help is appreciated, I know I am new to all of this, but i am eager to learn and prevent harm to
myself.

load up on vitamins, especially c, start now by taking 1000mg everyday vitamin b6 is also helpful 5-10mg a day should be good
you can also try 5htp at a very low dose say 50mg everyday before hand. magnesium and zinc i have found useful as well.
drinking a lot of water throughout this coming week will also help flush out toxins in the body.
the inital roll comedown i suggest you take a benzo to help you sleep, and the next morning up the 5htp to about 100 a day for a week. aftward then stop. also continue with the vitamins and minerals for the next week too.

the other nights to drink it should generally be okay and might even help with the comedown. just dont go too overboard with it.

been using this system for the past 3 months really and it does help with the comedowns and the high of the e, but i also hope its kind of protecting my head a little..

although this being said im not sure if it actually does. i think the best way to reduce harm is by not redosing. redosing is what makes me feel as if ive been hit with a sledgehammer repeatedly for about a week and dont forget those delightful brain zaps!

You're doing it way too often. The recommended wait for recovery from what research we have is 30-90 days, Alex Shulgin himself has said he believes true recovery happens at the 90 day mark.

Serotonin is a vital brain chemical, you don't want to mess with these rules too much.

The problem with abusing this rule, is that by the time you've noticed the bad effects, it's nasty. I say this from experience, and having a few friends who have "lost the magic" seemingly forever. It's much better to pick the one upcoming night you want to roll at and stick with that. MDMA should never be your go-to drug for partying.
 
Ive done the 3 night MDMA thing many times. I got tired of hurting for a week afterwards, many times longer. However I can REDUCE the hell a bit by sticking to a few rules:

1. I never take more than .2 (2 normal doses) in one night, sometimes I do much less.
2. I never redose later on. I will an hour into it, but when the roll really starts going away and I want to stay up, I eat some mushrooms. I know, sounds crazy but I can handle it and if I am going to rage on I might as well do it naturally. Hydrocodone keeps me awake until the wee hours if I can get my hands on that. Not good for me but safer than redosing on more E.
3. eat healthy, vitamins, blah blah.
4. Dont overdo the alcohol. Nothing worse than having an Etardation AND alc hangover! Yuckie!

Just make sure you only do the 3 night freakout once a year at the most. I did it one year 4 times and I think I am still suffering motivation problems from it, seriously.
 
I rolled as often as you and ended up failing out of college for a semester and lost all my friends...not saying this will happen to you, but after NYE I reccommend a nice long break from rolling. If you really love the mdma and edm scene, you will want to keep it that way, I lost the magic within six months because my body became accustom to the feeling of "rolling" and it was no longer predictable and exciting.

If you do decide to drink especially the day after, make sure you stay hydrated, especially after dancing all night on NYE. 1 beer = 1 glass of water (or one drink etc.) Your body will already be out of whack from rolling the previous night so you want to stay hydrated, and you don't want to pop a pill the day after getting wasted and not having enough water or electrolytes to fuel your body when you roll.

I have friends who can actually handle a lot more alcohol when rolling, but they say the day after they are much more forgetful of their night and don't have as good of a memory, when I know personally when I take MDMA alone I usually remember how much fun I had. Seeing that you won't likely be mixing the two I think you will be fine in this aspect just letting you know some other experiences.

I would also recommend lots of Vitamin B, drinking heavy amounts of alcohol actually prevents the body from absorbing Vitamin B, especially thiamine, which your body needs to survive. Vitamin B is water soluble and I recommend getting Lipo-flavenoids, they are actually made for people who having ear rining, but they are such a great vitamin B complex with b-6, b-9, b-12, it helps me with my mood in everyday life and really helps kick the E hangover when I am feeling kind of spacey.

Hey, sorry I haven't checked in on this since I posted I had a long week leading up till break.

Let me just fill you guys in so you know exactly what happened and what you think is going on

So I didn't do the vitamins, I just didn't get around to it, I drank plenty of OJ and water though so that should be good.
The 30th I went to afrojack and ended up just drinking maybe 5-7 shots and smoking some weed, I had an AMAZING time, I almost think that, that combo of stuff triggered a placebo roll, I had the eye wiggles, Jaw-clenching and the empathy and everything, it felt exactly as if i was rolling, and maybe thats why last night wasn't so great. Last night at Deadmau5 NYE I dropped 2 Orange LVs at 10, and was starting to feel good around 11-11:30, I got all the jaw clenching and empathy, but I didn't really get the crazy trip out roll that I normally do, (I think b.c of the night before).

I'm feeling decent right now, I got about 4 hrs of sleep from 7:30-noon today but still am a little sluggish, I'm getting ready for Benny and Alesso tonight, but I'm not really sure what to take, I dont want to overdo it as I am really worried that i "lost the magic" last night at deadmau5, it really wasn't the wonderful roll that I got previous times or even like on the vodka and weed at afrojack.

Thoughts?

My E-diet works wonders at having a blast on mdma, i think it might even work better than supplements that people take.
HOWEVER

TIME.

No amount of supplements or whatever , are going to speed up the 'rewiring' process when you take mdma. All you can really do is increase your serotonin count thats it.

once a month is a minimum
 
The rush and awesomeness you felt from just alc and weed is the same thing you would feel from MDMA. MDMA is just an easier and more reliable way to trigger that (with it's own special twist). The same thing happened to me for NYE with just the three basics (alcohol, weed, hookah) and I'm sure if I were to roll tomorrow, I would be pretty disappointed.

My advice would be to stop rolling so much. If you don't want to lose the magic, take longer breaks. It's that simple. At the end of the day you have one brain... take care of it and it will take care of you. You don't need to roll at every EDM event. Just drink/smoke/enjoy the music. :)
