ecstacy with fentanyl or end of ecstacy?

This may be more appropriate with opiod conversation, but I'd like opinions on both sides. I have a pretty high tolerance. So much that my dr just prescribed 100 mcg fentanyl and still gave me oral medication for breakthrough pain. I am thinking this would be too dangerous for my heart, stupid even to try and mix with any mdma, anyone with experience that may know?

I have no experience with fetanyl, but I know that you can mix opiates and MDMA without any additional risks as long as you take a dose of opiates that you typically take (if you're not opiate naive) or keep the opiate dosage low if you are opiate naive. I had no issues with combing H + MDMA when I was addicted to opiates. Fetanyl might be different. If you want to be safe, take the lowest possible dose of fetanyl on the day that you are trying to roll. If you're still concerned, just skip the MDMA - there is no point in doing MDMA unless you have the appropriate mindset. It's just a waste of good MDMA.

It's actually a quite nice combo, but I feel it takes away something from the MDMA experience (I am kinda of an MDMA snob tho - so buyer beware! ). When I was using opiates, I'd typically save them for the comedown - now that worked very well.

Fentanyl is a patch that stays on you for 3 days. I don't have a choice about not using it, as I have chronic pain. Thank you for the info

It will put added strain on the respiratory system. If you have high tolerance, at low doses, and with clean pills (no amp or BZP), you should be fine.
