I really recommend trying 5-HTP, it is what your brain makes serotonin out of. Your brain has a hard time making 5-HTP by itself for many weeks after MDMA so if you use MDMA frequently your brain can run chronically low on serotonin. Taking 5-HTP directly helps replenish serotonin levels so your brain has more serotonin to release during MDMA. It also helps prevent damage to brain cells if taken after a roll for a couple days. However, that being said, I believe that MDMA does damage brain cells among other things and will have long term consequences. You could be facing some serious mental illness in your older age at this rate, especially because you're so young.
Things like mushrooms on the other hand you could still being doing every couple months 3 decades from now, I can't say the same about MDMA. When a drug stimulates your brain cells you get high, some drugs kill brain cells like MDMA, other drugs stimulate them without harming them like mushrooms. Your brain is still growing, don't squander your potential

I think you should definitely take vitamin E daily if you're gonna still use MDMA. But I think you might be really happy you changed your ways in the coming decade, you really can mess yourself up with too frequent MDMA use, especially high dose at a young age.
Also I don't think bluelight is very fond of these sort of "Sourcing/Brand discussion" questions, so don't be surprised if your thread gets closed

But anyways I would definitely avoid piracetam and MDMA, you could try piracetam by itself or could also try coluracetam which I am interested in myself. Its not going to be hugely energizing but stimulating is not always what you want. Many people have used various nootropic websites with success. Might be able to find reviews on Reddit/nootropics. Be careful about your dosages though. Good luck
