Hi Guys,

No crazy misspelt steroids this time.. just the ECA stack. Now, the basics.

• Age - 19
• Weight - 95
• AAS experience (have you used AAS before, what doses, results?) - never
• Goals (what are you trying to achieve with AAS?) - Weight loss, achieving a ripped body.
• BF% - 24% at last checking, which was recently
• Diet - At the moment trying to stick to high protein low carb diet. Lunch mostly consists of tuna while dinner is either chicken or steak/sausages and eggs. No brekfast usually. Cut out all pasta/rice/bread/potato.
• Work out schedule - Split cycle made by personal trainer. 2 days 1 upper body 1 lower body mostly of large compound exercises. He suggested 30-45 minutes of cardio a day which i turned in to 15 min heavy cardio both before and after weights as i do about half an hour to forty minutes of light walking per week day. At the gym about 4-5 times a week.

I guess my questions would be what kind of dosage i should be doing and in what frequency (i've read a ephadrine:caffiene:aspirin ratio of 1:10:10 or 1:10:15 is good at 2-3 times a day)

How i would best measure out dosages of powder? (precision digital scales?) and

What kind of changes do you suggest to my diet/workout regime to maximise the effectiveness of weight loss.

Thanks heaps guys =D

don't do cardio before weights, that will just sap glycogen away from your muscles and make your max effort attempts much weaker.

save cardio for after, when the lifting has mobilized free fatty acids (fat) into your bloodstream and the cardio can capitalize on that and burn it for energy (instead of allowing it to recirculate through the body and deposit as fat again.

Can't comment on the ECA stack thing. Never heard of it. Is it BCAA's or something?

As long as you have:
multi
creatine
whey protein
fish oil

then you don't need anything else. Those 4 I consider 'essential' (fish oil being the most important).

ECA = ephedrine, caffiene and aspirin

I have no clue what ratios are typically used, but 1:10:10 sounds reasonable.

Your diet seems decent enough, and I assume that by "95" you mean you weigh 95kg's not pounds.

personally i never felt comfortable going over 15mg of ephedra. shit just made me feel nasty.

Try to get dexidrine, or adderall. That stuff will make you drop weight like crazy. I've lost 10 pounds in 2 days while on a high dose of adderall and kept it off. It's not the healthiest way to lose weight, but it works.

^urgh sounds like a good way to lose muscle. ECA has some anti-catabolic effect which will reduce the damage your doing.

As for your diet- I'm sorry to say bro, it SUCKS! You NEED to eat more often. By skipping breakfast all your doing is slowing down your metabolism. Don't go crazy on adding calories but by adding something high in protein, low in fat, you will be increasing your metabolism (so might not even need the extra boost from the ECA). In fact 3 meals is still to few. Try for 5 or 6. Keep it low carb and low fat and you shouldn't find extra weight creeping on.

I've never had to cap powder like that but I'd suggest mixing up a large batch. If you make a mixture of 500mg ephedrine, 20gs caffine, 20gs asprin and split it into 100 caps then 1-3 a day would be a good dose. Make sure the stuff is well mixed before capping!!

Why is the eca stack anti-catabolic? Dexamp is almost the same molecule as ephedrine, just a little more potent.

has anyone used this brand

Stolen from bb.com by ICON0561 - credit to him for doing the research that I couldn't be bothered with:

There are a few studies that show it is anti-catabolic in humans....Here is one for example:

The effect of ephedrine/caffeine mixture on energy expenditure and body composition in obese women.

Treatment with beta 2-agonists promotes fat loss and muscle growth in numerous species, but human studies are lacking. We studied the effect of a compound with beta 2-agonistic properties (ephedrine 20 mg/caffeine 200 mg [E + C]). Fourteen obese women were treated with a 4.2-MJ/d diet and either E + C or placebo (P) three times per day for 8 weeks in a double-blind study. Weight-loss was not different in the groups, but the E + C group lost 4.5 kg more body fat and 2.8 kg less fat-free mass (FFM). The decrease in 24-hour energy expenditure (EE) seen in the P group was 10% at day 1 and 13% at day 56, but was only 7% and 8% in the treated group (P = .044). The higher EE in the E +C group was entirely covered by fat oxidation. These findings provide evidence that promotion of fat loss and preservation of FFM during weight reduction may also be achieved pharmacologically in humans.

Heres another one showing its ability to preserve LBM when combined with caffeine-

Safety and efficacy of long-term treatment with ephedrine, caffeine and an ephedrine/caffeine mixture.

In a randomized, placebo-controlled, double blind study, 180 obese patients were treated by diet (4.2 MJ/day) and either an ephedrine/caffeine combination (20mg/200mg), ephedrine (20mg), caffeine (200mg) or placebo 3 times a day for 24 weeks. 141 patients completed this part of the study. All medication was stopped between week 24-26 in order to catch any withdrawal symptoms. From week 26 to 50, 99 patients completed treatment with the ephedrine/caffeine compound in an open trial design, resulting in a statistically significant (p = 0.02) weight loss of 1.1kg. In another randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled 8 week study on obese subjects we found the mentioned compound showed lean body mass conserving properties. We conclude that the ephedrine/caffeine combination is effective in improving and maintaining weight loss, further it has lean body mass saving properties. The side effects are minor and transient and no withdrawal symptoms have been found.

Aspirin source

Hi again guys,

To bump this and post a second issue on the same topic.. sources of aspirin? I am assuming there are alot of sources for aspirin however as i'm only after the aspirin and will be taking it regularly is there anything i should particularly look out for or be mindful of avoiding with this? I was going to probably stick to a standard weight loss supplement as the caffiene source
