My way of solving this really annoying problem, is to bring down one or two healthy snacks, as in, a HUGE glass of diet soda or water or something, and a big bowl of Kashi or a couple pieces of WASA bread. That shit tastes sooo good when you're high. Both of those snacks are full of fiber, low in calorie, and generally really healthy, but when you're sober, that stuff tastes like SHIT! Its almost a great health plan. Just munch on shit thats TOO healthy to eat sober, and it still tastes good to me. According to one or two of my friends that have tried doing this, the Kashi and Wasa bread didnt really taste good high, but I think it does, you just gotta taste that sort of stuff yourself and find out.
