eating the day of your roll

so i will be consuming some xtc tonight and i remembered my friend telling me not to eat the day of your roll. he said something about how food like will slow the absorption of ur pill or something idk. but anyways this morning i just preloaded with abuncha vitamins. sorry if i this post sounds nooby, but ii am a newb:D anyways i was just wondering does anyone know if eating has anything to do with your roll? i looked around and could only find like SMALL info about this.
 
You should eat breakfast and lunch. But for dinner you should still eat (personally I don't) a small and light meal otherwise it will slow the absorption and make it feel like you didn't roll as hard. Don't eat anything major for like 6-8 hours before you roll.
 
Yeah I wouldn't starve myself the entire day....just make sure that your last meal is light and leave a few hours to digest before rolling.

To be honest I've never really tried rolling after eating a big meal, it just seems to make sense not to.
 
i starve myself all day. not only do I not like the feeling of food in my stomach when I'm rolling, but I find that I absorb it much better on a completely empty stomach.
 
I don't know. I've consumed some fairly large meals just before dropping and it hasn't had an effect on the overall experience. Perhaps the come up takes longer, but the roll and peak are the same.

The difference I feel is post-roll. Without a proper diet beforehand, the comedown is much worse. Not only are you burning a ton of calories dancing, your body is working extra hard to regulate temperature. Without fuel, the body has to resort to fat and muscle as energy sources. Not ideal, especially if you don't have much of either.

Fruits and veggies are always a good idea, but a stressed body will require protein and complex carbohydrates. I recommend three square meals a day: lean meat, beans & legumes, vegetables and a bit of whole grains. No fast food.

If you insist on making that 3rd meal "light", perhaps look into a high-calorie protein shake. It won't fill you up, but will provide fuel for what's to come later.
 
I don't believe in skipping meals haha. On rolling days I eat a full breakfast and lunch, and an early light dinner, and let my food digest before popping, and I always have great rolls! You'll be fine...stay safe & happy new year to you and everyone! (:
 
I think a good healthy meal a few hours b4 is no prob.. once i ate a whole pizza a few hours later took 3 pills and was still rollin hard.
 
Hmm, that's one of the great rolltard debates. I personally don't eat the day that I roll except for something light and sugary. Like candy or fruit juice. The sugar allows the MDMA to pass through the blood-brain barrier much easier. (for non-science kids, that means you take in more MDMA, meaning you roll harder)
 
A nice breakfast with full of ya vits (loads of orange juice and a full english to line the stomach).

I never eat lunch anyway

Don't eat while you're rolling. You will be sick.
 
I usually eat my normal breakfast and lunch and then go without dinner so I can time the onset better. Empty stomach for me is about ~30 after ingestion.. with food I sometimes get impatient and take a second dose only to have my eyes wiggle out of my head when it all hits me 90 min later, lol.
