Eating butter is really terrible for the heart

Actually, there are conflicting studies on the issue, there was a large meta-analysis that found no significant link between risk of heart disease and consumption of saturated fat. It's trans fats, not saturated ones, that have been conclusively proven to be bad for the heart, so you're better eating butter than partially-hydrogenated vegetable fats (though I believe that methods of hydrogenation that avoid the formation of trans fats have been developed). Also, you appear not to have noticed that this has nothing to do with cannabis whatsoever (apart from the fact that you're probably stoned).

And yes, it is damn tasty. I can't live without roux.

I use houmous in my sandwiches, and olive oil for frying. Heartaries win.

RR you are lucky this one got moved before I got to it because you would have been infracted, enough bullshit, don't post any more threads in CD. Search before you ask the question. Then google. Then if you have a unique QUESTION that isn't arguing SCIENCE containing THOUGHT, you may post.
