easy to break pills? whats up with that?

hey, i got a bunch of these white speakers, *snip* to be exact. the thing about these is that this is supposed to be the second batch and whatnot, but these things give off a unique smell, and if you touch it, you get powder on your fingers. they chip relatively easily. its not like THAT bad, but im used to pills usually being really hard as fuck. they are quite thick since these are 200+mg pills (legit bought here in holland, tested pure)

why are they like this? ive already used them and they are amazing, but im still curious.
anyone know?

They may not have used good binders. Or the pressing machine may not have been as high powered as the ones used to press other pills.
 
its weird though. these things are so powerful and so well known here. so popular and all the rage. the people making these things should have pro tools, cuz these are big. it just comes surprising from something like this. i dont know or think this is necessarily a bad thing though. some people here tell me they did this with the second batch to make breaking them easy since theyre so strong and people would take a whole one from the 1st batch, 180-220mg initial dose, pretty intense. especially for newbies. others were just lazy to break since 1st batch were so hard, so now things are safer. thats what ive heard but dont know. the scent is also very unique.

anyone got any experience with these speakers? im new to them and in love
 
The best pills here in the states r the mints and by the looks of em it looks as if a kid made em theryre so fucking crumbly and we have the equivalent of the cookie monster here only we call him the top monster cause he apparently goes around and steals all the fucking tops off the A mints and pieces of the Y mints.

Them red squirrels which is the only dutch pills I have tested are very, very hard to break. They are damn near white with molecule on the inside though.
 
i have some of the old speakers which are harder.

the new speakers that are easy to break........i like them alot, easy to snap and i took 1 on a full stomach and was coming up hard at the 40 min mark...soft pill=easy digestion.
 
Like someone said above, its about what binders and fillers are used for the press. There could be two things I could think of other than that. 1) there's high amounts of MDMA and less amount of binders making it a softer pill. 2) The pills are recently pressed and haven't been exposed to a lot of oxygen like other pills making them harder over time. (I've noticed this with pharmaceutical pills)

Like dhopeless said, softer / crumbly pills are a good sign.

To hollandhomeboy, a soft pill will break down quicker in your stomach increasing the peak plasma concentrations in your bloodstream making the roll come on quicker and harder, depending on the pill though, it shouldn't make that much difference in duration, as you will be rolling harder and feeling the effects for a longer period of time before you mellow out.

no i just mean that easy digestion means it would kick in easier/quicker, should still last same time cant see why it would be shorter.

havnt actually tried first batch mate, saving them for my 18th :D


got some defqons too, which are hard pills, mate of mine said it took a while to kick in, due to it being a hard pill i guess. i took soft speaker on a full stomach and it took 40 mins to kick in, pretty quick comeup if you ask me.

i always test pills for "snapability" was wounded when i put little effort in to snapping speaker just crumbled in my hand haha. other pills you need a knife to split them, im sure carrying a knife at a rave wouldnt go down well :P

WORD! <3Mints<3 are really easy to break, but I've seen pills so crumbly they were like all powder and they tested to be fire!

I always say this, but buy a test kit. IT is worth it in the peace of mind alone. Also, I've tested soooo much molly that was FAKE. At least with rolls you can look the pill up on the internet and see what the community says about that particular press.

But word up to you yanker, mints are just about the best thing going around now... Back in the day we would have been like this shit's weak... but now it's awesome to at least have REAL rolls again :)
 
As for breaking pills in half, A common trick is to simple bite it in half, with your incisor teeth (your front teeth)
Seen a lot of my friends do that.

I don't know your location, but I find that there are so many different presses of the same pill that its hard to be sure by looking at community reviews. Like you said always buy a test kit so you know whats in the pills for sure. Its pretty easy to tell if molly is fake, also i would think you would be able to figure out whats in your molly easier than whats in the pressed pills with or without a kit. Thank you for reminding everyone to use test kits, I find now days its so important due to the amount of adulterants and RC's running rampant. The good thing with molly is that most people who are cutting it, don't have access to PMA / PMMA or large amounts of research chemicals (the reason why I don't like taking tabs in the states).
 
That would depend on how soft the pill is too i guess, but id imagine it would be no worse than eating those Candy Necklaces
