easy cocaine clean-up for the chemistry challenged

In addition to the more thorough and advanced cocaine clean-up thread I've previously written, I have come up with a more simplistic clean-up method that will greatly increase the quality and asthetics of your adulterated cocaine. You will need anhydrous acetone to perform this procedure. If you already have that, then your set. If not, and you plan on using hardware store acetone, add about 100 ml.s of sodium hydroxide per every 1 liter of acetone, shake and then filter. Your hardware store acetone is now anhydrous. It's very important once your acetone has been made anhydrous, that you keep the bottle closed and your beaker covered at all times. Moisture is drawn in from the air, but simply keeping a paper towel over your beaker during any procedure will keep it out. This is very important to remember as water will dissolve your cocaine, thus rendering this procedure useless.

Step # 1

Take all of your powder cocaine and crush it up into a fine powder. Pour all of it into about 100 ml.s of acetone (any hardware store). Stir for about 3-5 minutes or so. Wait for it to almost settle completely and then stir one more time. This time, let settle completely so that the cocaine is on the bottom and the acetone is nearly clear on the top.

Now, carefully pour out the acetone into a coffee filter paper placed inside of a plastic funnel for support. If you have lab grade medium flow filter papers, use those instead. Pour out the acetone into the filter paper falling just short of any powder falling out. Once you've poured almost all of the acetone out and only the powder with a small trace of acetone remains, pour about 20 more ml.s of fresh acetone into the beaker and stir one more time.

Wait until all of the first acetone has drained thru the filter paper. Now, stir up the 20 ml.s of fresh acetone and the cocaine and while they're still swirling, quickly pour all of the ingredients into the filter paper. If any remains in the beaker, pour a little more acetone, swish around and pour it into the same filter. Let drain thoroughly.

Now, remove the filter paper from the funnel and place under a heat lamp until the paper is dry. Carefully open the filter paper and let the cocaine fall out onto a ceramic plate. Chop up into a fine powder and let air dry a little more.

Step # 2

Now, repeat that same exact process with diethyl ether. If you don't have access to ether, then let the acetone cleaned cocaine dry out overnight. The quality will be improved 100%.

However, if you can perform the ether step, it will be even more outstanding! If you do perform the ether step, you only have to let it dry for about an hour or so, and then go ahead and jump in. The ether will wash of any traces of acetone, while ether itself evaporates extremely quick.

Sorry, let me put it this way, I came across it in a 1981 book entitled "Cocaine Handbook" by David Lee.

Sorry for the wrong word usage. Avant Labs was 20 years behind the process.

It's just an informative piece, that's all.
 
Cocaine would dissolve in ether. The whole point of using acetone is that cocaine is not soluble in it, while many cuts and impurities are.
 
my girl got rid of my acetone. :(

i dont understand why, it wasnt even open yet and i kept telling her its not illegal. i gotta grab some more and try this.

You could, but I'd advise against it, unless you really know what your doing.

I'd somehow get lab grade ether........from school etc. But I didn't say that, of course. Shhhhhh! ;)

Absolutely incorrect!

Cocaine is insoluble in ether, just like acetone.

The combo of the two is priceless!

Just do the acetone wash first followed by the ether wash.

Does it have to be dry acetone? And also, if I don't have access to the ether, I can let the cocaine dry over night, and 24 hours later it will be safe to snort?

To be honest, I don't really know for absolute sure.

All I know is that this is INCREDIBLE blow!

Just try what I've outlined here and respond with your personal experience. This might be even better than the longer, more elaborate method previously mentioned.

No, just get 99% or better. Any hardware/home stores brand would be fine.

And yes, just crush up the cocaine, spread it out and let it dry overnight. It will be just fine in 24 hours.

Of course the tone needs to be dry, if there is water in it, then the coke is going to dissolve=P

Acetone can be dried pretty simply by shaking it up with anhydrous MgSO4 (baked epsom salts)
 
How can you tell if a little meth is cut with the blow, rather then doing an acetone wash? I've never done or really seen meth in person, but I think there might be a little in it because it seems to last longer then most blow I've had, but I don't get a HORRIBLE crash.. just a little shitty crash of weakness and depression. The coke is dense and hard with an extremely bright white color which burns a little when you snort it. It is also has alot of crystals, I'm not sure what they are exactly. I still feel an effect hours later, but it's nothing too noticeable unless I smoke a bowl or something. It would be cool if you could seperate them both in quality condition with an easy procedure using home chemicals or something. Well I'm not even positive any meth is in it anyway. If there is, it's probably a small amount.

Can you imagine a dealer reading this thread who has a kilo or two, does the acetone method, and has his kilos spread out on a few large tables to dry overnight. Would make for a laugh if a cop stopped by... I don't see how the hell you'd be able to get out of that one.
