Opioids east cost heroin vs oxycodone/oxycontin

I have tried heroin for this first time today (from baltimore :D), and i didnt get nearly the rush or same high as i did from oxy. i do not IV, only intranasaly. its supposed to be very very good dope from the person who schooled me (iv user).

normal? im debaiting if it was worth the money, even though it was cheaper. I only do about 80mg daily (typically 4 20mg lines throughout the day) which is a big price difference :|

that's generally not a good indicator of drug quality, no offense.



Personally, I'd continue to use oxycodone as I don't trust illicitly manufactured drugs (with the exception of marijuana). MPTP / diphenhydramine in heroin? No thanks.

thats how i feel too. and to the OP you might wanna take out the price from your post before the mods do it themselves. 8)

Also consider if your question can benefit anyone aside from you. Generally speaking, self serving threads are not allowed in Other Drugs.
 
Unless of course it is chemically pure heroin, then I'd go for the heroin. ;)

the only reason i say that is because this particular person who i have known since middle school couldve taken me to numerous people, but took me to the one that he prefers.
 
Why would you expect any "rush" at all if you insufflated the dope?

You do realize it takes time to be absorbed and "processed" by your body.

This is why people play with needles.

i get a rush from oxy in my nose, and pretty much anything else.. (xans, mdma, coke, etc..)

Alprazolam is a white crystalline powder, which is soluble in methanol or ethanol but which has no appreciable solubility in water at physiological pH.

The rush from the xanax in your nose is a rush from placebo in your nose. :|
 
Yes, that very well may be, but it is just a little tickle compared to an injection. I guess its a junky thing.

It irritates me as well when i hear people throw around the word rush, when hey have no clue what a real rush is.

I have never gotten a "rush" from opiates unless I injected them. My very first time i snorted 12mgs of Dilaudid and thats the highest I have ever been from snorting, and it was nothing compared to a real rush from bootin dilaudid, morphine or heroin. I found iv O><Y to provide no rush.
 
yes, this person obviously doesn't know what a "rush" is. I guess you could call the feeling of snorting oxy a rush, but its nothing compared to an IV rush.

to me, the rush is how good it feels to all of a sudden feel great. you feel it in the back of your neck and head. whereas a snorted rush is more of just all of a sudden you realize you feel different, you don't actually notice going from normal to feeling great.

A bag of H should give you the same high as a 40mg oxy. Quality and quantity obviously vary, so I just gave you and average. If your bag felt a lot weaker than a 40, then you got shite.

The only way for you to figure out if it is worth it, is to see which drug gets you the desired high for the least amount of money;)
