RCs Easiest way to dissolve Dichloromethylphenidate (3,4 -CTMP) for oral use?

If one wants to dissolve 500mg of 3,4-CTMP for oral use what would the safest, easiest way be (without any PG). Assume a 10mg syringe will be the vehicle for administration and a used methadone bottle (100ml) will be the reservoir.

Being without an appropriate scale, I prepared a solution of 99% aqueous isopropanol @ 10mg/mL, arriving at a total of 50mL. Solubility tests proved isopropanol to be slightly superior to water, and practically identical to aqueous ethanol of equal concentration. The entire 500mg batch required approximately fifteen minutes of persistent coaxing to fully dissolve, ultimately achieving homogeneity after gentle heating to 60°C with constant stirring. The solution held upon returning to room temperature.

so if you got everclear (95% ethanol as i recall) you could try making the same, or perhaps at a lower concentration like 5mg/ml. by what i read 3,4-CTMP doses are around 20mg apparently so that'd would be a powerful solution for oral use
 
Thank you for your reply! The info is much appreciated. Do you know from any of your reading if it would dissolve in 40% Vodka, Gin, Rum etc? It's very difficult to get %95 alcohol, or at least I've never heard of anyone procuring it in Canada in my province. We have province run liquor and beer stores and only recently started to sell Wine in grocery stores. The strongest alcohol I've personally drank and found in stock at the liquor store is the Bacardi 151 which is 75.5% alcohol.

Right now assume ones bank account is empty and they can't afford any liquor whatsoever but they have a large array of spirits all no greater than 40%. Do you think that would be sufficient?
 
Is it a salt, or the freebase? The salt should be fine in either distilled water or ethanol/water mixtures. I don't think the freebase is soluble in wet ethanol though.

Either way: storing methylphenidate analogs in the presence of moisture will cause them to degrade to inactive ritalinic acids.
