easiest way to consume kratom powder?

just wondering what the easiest way is to get the vile tasting kratom powder into me? it is a lot of work to put it into capsules or parachute it all, as I usually consume around 12-15 grams and that takes a long time to capsule up or wrap up for parachuting. and dump and chug is pretty nasty, makes me gag pretty bad.

It seems like that much yogurt would dull the effects. Unfortunately the easiest way is to just toss and wash it, i.e. parachuting. Or you could make tea, it's easy and only takes 30 minutes. The tea is more intense and comes on quicker the only problem is that it doesn't last as long.

Tea never worked for me.

Plug your nose, mix well, have water and food on hand to get the taste out of your mouth. I find fig newtons are helpful. Chugging it in orange juice masks the taste. The higher quality the juice the better this works. Make sure there's no pulp, though. Chugging is the fastest and easiest way, it kicks in the fastest, and the high is the strongest. If you can't handle it, maybe kratom isn't for you.
