Earthcore 10yr anniversary who's going?

might not be going now... out of the festivals... well ive been to the last 2 earthcores and (besides the fact i love seeing all u melbourne kids and a lot of the music there is tops)- its not the best. (however if i lived in vic id be at all for sure)

if i had to choose b/w tribeadelic or earthcore, im pretty sure itll be tribeadlic. That said... out of all psy festivals id choose rainbow serpent over all of them so it might even be tribe vs rsf... lol. :) damn not being able to get millioons of holidays like my old job... oh well, life is suffice here :)
 
but if you come to earthcore you get to see Hardicus!

Oh and Simon Posford/Infected etc... :)
 
Got the time off work. Hurrah! =D Was considering very strongly quitting if they didn't let me have one measily weekend off. But all is well!

Was hoping to buy my ticket this month, until my car died, so it'll have to be next month. But it's Earthcore! Does anyone know when they'll be releasing all the local and little ppl, instead of just the big names?

Transport: Check
Accomodation (ie, tent): Check
Healthy ammount of zeal and anticipation: Check

I think i'm ready! Victoria here i come (very slowly) ;)

Doofster: What about your parents - could Jesse stay with them fo the weekend?
 
Just wondering if anybody is making the treck down for this one from qld?
I know of one other person (but they are already in vic) so atleast I wont be the only one stomping like an idiot.
 
/\ Yeh I wouldn't be suprised... should be the local plice (Shepparton maybe?). It's more likely you'd encounter them on the way to the event then actually at earthcore but you never know. Better safe then sorry if your concerned about them finding something you don't want them to ;)
 
Babysitting is sorted!! my mum said she would do it (which is really unlike her because its party related and not for uni and its also for about 5 days) so i'm heaps stoked!!!!

There has been police presence but mates smoking a joint in front of them and offered them a toke, they politely said no. They were very friendly and nice and I guess don't seem to mind doofers as long as they don't create a big nuisance or hassle for people in/out of the doof :)

the main things i was worried about were smoking dope and doing nangs as they arent as easily concealable as just slipping a pill in ya mouth etc.......
but if the cops are cool about that kind of stuff, its probly better they are there just in case sumthing gets out of hand
 
lol yeh, what i was trying to say was u can just go drop a pill or rail a line in ya tent, come out and get on with wat u were doing, but some ppl will be smoking / nanging constantly, and if they had to do that in their tents all the time, that would get pretty boring, not to mention smelly :|

farken...i need to email 'em i guess. anyway i can sell my ticket, as i don't think i'll be going anymore :(

the problem is, i bought my ticket off the 'net so i need to pick it up with my id and stuff. but if i'm not there, i can't obviously. i guess this post is really just redundant, as i should be emailing the organisers instead of complaining here, but i'm too lazy :)
 
I, in my more regular, at home (which at the moment doesn't exist) form of just plain old mibrane, will be attending.
After some financial crap between RS and E'core following a mammoth 1 weeks work we did at the massive millenium madness I have had a couple of years off after attending every one from Feb 95 through til then.
But for me not to attend this one would need to be a reason involving something on the scale of, well, I don't know, death, maybe?
