Had murgh merkani wiv pilau rice for dins. Sans the murgh cos I used pork not chicken. Sauce was from a jar cos was on offer and felt lazy - so lazy I also used pre-pilau'd microwave rice-inna-sac (8o) - but did add stuff to it (including a couple Scotch Bonnets, naturally <3) so... hemi-demi-semi-almost home made I suppose. Was tasty as fuck either way <3

Considering pigging out a bit and piling in to the Manchego & red pepper rissoles I picked up for 62p in Co-Op earlier...
 
Dins tonight consisted of sausage ragu wiv paccheiri and Grana Pardano. And a slosh of red wine. Was tasty but do wonder how they work out the price bump for each additional ingredient mentioned on the pack 8)

Had a chipotle burger onna brioche bap for lunch. Yes, it is payday so bought waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much reduced food. Suspect I'll be having to overeat for a day or two... which is okay cos suspect I'll be undereating for considerably more days to come.
 
Has everybody else ceased to eat?!? 8o

Had steak, mash 'n' barbecue beans for dins. Steak being half-price fillet cooked a bit rarer than planned but so melty-in-mouthy I'll not complain. Also had peppercorn sauce onnit innit. Steak is a rarity for me but seems even I struggle to screw it up on the odd occasion I get it.
 
Nooo, not like some been online awake for coming into day 3... 8(

I had a homemade cod and prawn curry, something different, it was actually very nice. Had a vegetable curry side dish thingy, a chapati, indian style salad with cucumber and onion and chillis, and mango chuntney
 
Only woke up a hour ago Absolutely devoured a very healthy portion of homemade shepards pie my ma dropped off to me yest. Was devine

Got a nice piece of ribeye steak in fridge bought yesterday gonna marinade it over night in soya+garlic bung it in fridge for tm evening.
Fackin love steak :-)
 
Homemade burgers in granary buns tonight, with salad and pickled bits, mustard and mayo
 
I've got a couple of hake fillets and some set truffled polenta in the fridge so I'm going to do posh fish and chips. Will just pan fry the fillets so they get a nice golden crust, make a nice meaty vinaigrette to go on it (port, white wine vinegar, chicken stock, lemon juice, olive oil) and cut the set polenta in to chip shapes and deep fry. Maybe make some mushy petit pois.
 
Been ages since I had some of this... love it. :)
