How about some kind of origami business? Folding the paper in such a way that "leave" becomes "stay"?

Mandy is the only name that doesn't end in a vowel, Beckie is the only one without an N in her name, Nikki is the only one with double letter (kk) and Toni is the only one that understand what the letters, E, M and C mean in Einstein's world famous equation.

It's not Beckie. I just wanted to see your reasoning to make sure you weren't trying to eliminate all the wrong answers one-by-one. It is something to do with letters, and it's very straightforward. Much more straightforward than you think. SHM almost nailed it, then missed it.

Though, in fairness, Beckie is probably a given name also. I think everything is these days.
