Still remember very fondly my first ever order of mephedrone in January 2009, one gram of drone, one of M1 and one of 4-FA.

Started bombing the methylone and then having lines of drone on top. Just me on my own in front of the computer with the headphones on. The euphoria was tangible, I could cut it with a knife and put it between two slices of bread. Ended up negotiating my way through all the drone and M1 from friday afternoon to saturday morning. So fucked up, yet couldn't stop and kept on going until I was out. Ended up wisely bringing the 4-FA into work on the monday to dab throughout the day. That became my weekly order, one gram each of drone and M1 for the weekends, one gram of 4-FA to see me through the week. That was before I even joined here, spent a fortune on that and it definately didn't do me any good health wise.

Still, I miss those days

Ahhh my first meph experience, or Sub Coca as it was rather poorly named! Hastily cracking open the 2 capsules I'd received (which came in a rather handy plastic case for keeping your pills in), emptied it onto a cd case and racked up a line... before feeling a bit of mild stimulation. So I waited a couple of mins before racking up another line and kapowwww! I was in heaven! So I stuck on a mix, danced around the room, and probably stunk of a mixture of sweat and meph! A fine day!

Very good report, but very different from my experience, I can only do it at home and on my own or with my best female friends, wouldn't do it outside, and even less in a social situation

I think all batches since the ban have been diferent to preban.
If people were using meph as they used to use E, they probably wouldn't be so keen on the post-ban shardy meph.
But for those people who turned to pirate as a coke substitute, the post-ban shardy stuff is perfect.
I fall into the latter category.
As safrolette said, and matt too, the postban stuff is much more cokey/amphetty/methamphetty, rather than the preban which seemed more MD-like.

Found those pure pleasure rushes one of the best elements of the meph high, totally head candy... and of course that cokey, intense ego enhancing confidence lift

Does nobody else object to the fact that meph turns normally "normal" people into utter mongs? Was one of the aspects of the "good" bit of meph I found deeply off-putting. Could feel IQ points disappearing with every line. I a lil (actually a lot of) euporia as much - if not more - than the next sane person. But I just felt way too "special" when on it. Proper D-Blocker and no mistake. Also the weird obsession with telling anybody available things I absolutely shouldn't. Not just personal stuff - that's standard and expected on most decent drugs - but things that really are not for sharing. Frequently things other people had told me in confidence. Not good. Not good at all.

That's one of the main reasons why I tend to do it on my own at home, but I like it, I find it rather introspective too, doesn't happen too often to look at your ego enhanced and expanded to those levels
A "high" version of yourself, in more than one way. Very interesting substance, I am the only one who can see its influence on many people, pictures, fashion shoots too

I find Pirate to be a much much, nicer alternative to Charlie, it's cheaper, the pirate I get hold of is way better quality than the so called coke that's around these days and most importantly of all I find coke turns me into an arrogant knob, and I'm not like that at all normally. I do know what you mean -- I meph I feel coherent and awesome, but having seen other people on meph, they're anything but coherent and awesome. In generla all stims seem to make people look like hollowed out shadows.
That said, very little drug use is pretty from the outside looking in. I think the absolute worst are disassociatives. Seeing someone roboting around the room unable to get their words out is a horrible thing to me. The weird exception for me is LSD. I've only tried it once and it scared the shit out of me, but I find dealing with someone on it when I'm sober rather sweet. They're just them with a totally different view of reality. I want to hug them and make sure it all works out

Yessss. Sounds like my first experience. I did a small bomb, nothing. A small line, very little. Another line.... I did it in the kitchen, and made 5 steps back into the living room. On the fifth step the euphoria hit me and literally stopped me in my tracks. My whole body dipped a bit then snapped to attention, and I said "wow" out loud. Amazing.

I've had decent post ban meph, but I agree that it's a different experience from the pre ban stuff. I still like it, but I wouldn't choose it over all other drugs. I'd choose pre ban meph over anything else I've ever tried in my life. Love the stuff. Yarrrr!

But you still prefer smoking or shooting teh base? (fwiw I like them equally for different reasons) it's just IV'ing powder is a more reliable hit imo, ime, etc, etc.

couldnt agree more, for years i was on the stuff with booze when out and about and i felt spot on clairty etc feel awesome, but after giving it up and seeing other people on it i notice them up in peoples faces chatting bollocks making fucked up faces speeding around the place, which makes me realize i was probably exactly the same. or maybe i was more restrained im not sure. its kinda delusional. so good though but ive ended up in a right mess on it. and the paranoia on the comedowns was harsh, jumping to conclusions based on a fabricated hunch or whatever

This is true. I know exactly how I look on a peev run and the way people look and treat me (on the rare occasion I allow anybody to see me in such a state) is exactly how I see meph drones. I am well aware of the hypocrisy in this. However, droning buccaneers are a special kinda annoying even by stim standards. All the annoying overconfidence of coke (talking at and through people rather than to people, banging on for hours and hours and hours and hours (and hours) about how amazing their favoured drug is and how much sharper and more on the ball they are when on it, how amazing they feel on it, etc, etc, *yawns*, etc. And all the drivelling inanity of talking to a drunk. And generally for many, many, many hours at a stretch - if not days

I'm possibly one of the few longterm drug users that has very rarely had powder coke. I've bought one gramme in my entire life. And that was only cos me crack man had run outta rock and was all he had to hand so gave me it cheap with profuse apology. Was well over a gramme and bloody good coke though so wasn't too annoyed. Is not that I don't like it IV (or even snorted) it's just that I'd been using rock for years before I ever had powder so just never got that into it. Always seemed an inferior product to me. Other than that gramme I've only ever had rock and the occasional line of powder when offered. Impolite to turn down drugs when offered. I don't even turn down meph for precisely this reason. There are starving addicts in the world who have no drugs so refusing would be like mocking the afflicted :D

I actually don't object so much to meph drones these days. Was mainly when it was everywhere and the whole world seemed to be on it all the fukkin time. Even EADD became almost unreadable let alone physically being stuck with a bunch of droning, dribbling, drivelling morons. Unbelievably annoying. Other drugged-up folk can be annoying too - drunks and cokefiends especially (which is pretty much exactly how mephheads come across as mentioned - drunk cokeheads ) but usually it's comparatively brief. Drunks pass out, cokeheads run outta coke, GBL fiends have to go off for a wank (if they haven't handily KO'd themselves already) - mephheads never ran out cos it was so cheap and plentiful. Was like being caught up in a nightmare that was never gonna end for a while there :D

I do agree though that most powder is shockingly bad (most powder isn't even cocaine tbh).

Has anyone ever got kidney pains or problems from meph? since i started snorting it again i've had a bit of back pain near the kidney area. Could be unrelated and probably muscular damage. Just curious if meph does damage your kidneys or not.

Not that I know of. It does cause hella muscle tension, so I'd guess it's more likely that.

I binged on meph non stop for months and didn't suffer any lasting damage (that I know of). The side effects did accumulate and get worse and worse until I stopped though -- so if you're suffering, just knock it on the head for a bit eh? It took me about 3 weeks to recover completely.
