Thank you C24. I'm not 'out of the woods' yet though. I'll soon be trying to live without daily opiates. The aftermath following the brief physical withdrawals is worrying me. It can be a fuckin grim period.

Apparently 'you think how you feel' so hopefully improving my health will help and I may be extremely lucky and find that PAWS doesnt hit me too intensly to deal with. I'll try to keep remembering that it will pass and 'give time time'.
 
OT I know but just responding to the Ozrics interest

Saw this lot umpteen times at the free festi's in mid/late 80's (when they were shit-hot), even jammed with some of 'em a couple of times.

MDB - no idea re the ragga beat you refer to.....some kinda dubby beats aye, but Ragga?

Anyway, check out any Ozrics stuff say pre-1992 (when they went a bit meh imo), so you're looking at stuff like Sliding Gliding Worlds, There is Nothing, Live Ethereal Cereal, Pungent Effulgent.

Two of the band, Joie and Merv, went on to form Eat Static, who more of ya might be familiar with.

did you delete that last pic of you? (in leather jacket sitting down). I just looked n couldnt find. I'm slightly incapacitated tho, so s'cuse if it's due to my limitedness (hope that's a word, dunno.)
 
That's my second favourite Sam pic.
