Heating up here for the first ashes test. It was already 34 deg this week. If we don't get some rain in the next month there will be one or two English skulls cracked on the opening day
 
Not happy with the selection in the Fast Bowling i would have had Onions over the Irish lad no matter how tall he is . Should be a more competitive series though .

Is Clarke still crocked ?
 
He is still playing against India in the one dryers but he is hobbled. I could only imagine how many more runs he would get if he vas fit.

I can't see Monty getting a bowl in any of the tests here. I can't even see them allowing him to field as 12 the man to be honest

'Tis Shambles a coupla years back... actually several cos in pic I had just shot ~1mg of codeine IV (the nose and eyes may give that away somewhat :!) and has been a dog's age since I did that so not recent pic. Look much the same though. Less wrinkly cos not abusing opies in quite the same way as I was then. Less red cos not abusing opies in quite the same way as I was then. Other than that, much the same. There are very few pix of me. But even fewer that matter. Is not like y'all haven't seen me before. Just not so much in one pic is all. Less than usual overall...

That and am bored. Pic has done the rounds for years in staff threads. Pretty sure the circumstances that insisted I stay especially incognito are long gone now so really shouldn't bother me beyond basic botheration. Y'all may be disappointed, y'all may be impressed, y'all most likely think I look much like any other pic of me I've posted only without a camera in front of me chops is about all though. And that is fine.

However, if I'm murdered in the immediate future I will blame y'all.

I do. Arse-length if left to dangle. I tend to tie mine up in a kinda double ponytail affair. "Lazy ponytail" is wot I believe Ms Kate called it. Not that she's ever seen it. But I quite like the terminology, fits with reality, fits with expected effects so...

Have never really decided whether I actually like long hair or just don't like cutting hair. I suspect mostly the latter. Hair is long cos that way I don't have to pay somebody to do stuffs to it. Not sure my reasoning has ever gone much (if at all) beyond that really :o

Y'know I literally do not have one single pic of me wiv hair down. Not one. In all honesty, it looks much like any other pic of me only with more hair. I actually don't think I count as long-haired cos is always tied-back no matter what. Just end up eating it otherwise so gave up taming long ago :(

"More attractive than I expected" goes down as a distinctly mixed blessing really. It kinda depends greatly on what you expected. How bad must that have been for the fact to be "more attractive than expected"? Pretty bad by definition. Nice to know I don't ming quite as much as I ming though all the same :D
