aw man. i feel for ya. done the signal thing myself, and suffered misses - couldnt turn my head for two days. i wont preach, had it all myself. if youre hitting your arms, get yourself some hand exercisers/stress relievers, do plenty of them plus some jumping jacks and if you can manage it - some pushups too. use fresh needles religiously and keep your cranking room warm. im sure you know all this already - but i feel better saying it anyway. good luck
 
Yeah, we had to set the signal thing up, as it'd be really dangerous for me to suddenly let my breath out to speak once the thing was in my neck. So, if it's painful and I want hm to stop I click my fingers on the hand that's not in my mouth, or , if i need to breathe as i've been holding my breath with my thumb in my mouth to blow up veins for too long, I wave my fingers next to my thumb that's in my mouth. That's how bad it's got, neverhad to do that when I first started using my neck. Anyway, enough of this talk, like you said earlier, it's not good for harm reducton. I'd never ever encourage anyone to use their neck.

It's only recently my arms have started to give again, but just after 5 hits a day for a month, they're telling me to fuck off again.

The fist time I saw someone having it done, I didn't know what the hell they were doing. My mate just lay down on the floor in my front room, put her thumb in her mouth, said to the mate who was doing the honours 'Ready?' counted to 3, put her thumb in her mouth, and blew her cheeks up, and away they went.

I was particularly impressed with the cliff pic. That's something I couldn't do. Sea is not always particularly easy to swim in where the waves hit the rocks. Looks like he's on course for a major belly flop though.

I have a sort of photographic memory, can't forget anything I've seen (which is not so great now that we have this pesky internet full of sketchy images) although I have a hard time remembering what I had for lunch by teatime most days.

I've just been trying to mentally prepare myself for this appeal. Example..
Usually it will take me, say, 4 hours to mentally prepare myself to go see some mates.
I've been preparing myself since last Friday and still feel like an absolute fucking wreck :(
It's this coming Friday, so I do have more time to mentally prepare - I mean I'm fretting mostly about the journey there for fuck's sake!
And the actual event... Jeez.... I'm off the fucking scale of mental "AAARRRGGG!"-ness when it comes to that :\
