Thanks. =D It was one of those 'styles' that my parents and everyone over 30 seemed to hate, and it seemed to convince the headmaster of the school that i was a heroin addict for some reason. Quite strange really the assumptions adults make all based on a bleedin hairstyle. I got stopped and searched a lot by the police too. All those sorts of hassles stopped as soon as i got my hair cut for a job interview after i left school. 8)
 
Think thats one of those "back in the day" problems. Saw a kid (14/15 year old ) about 3 years ago sporting the most awesome 6-8 inch green mohawk. Kid didn't give a fuck. LOVED THAT!!!

Hair is hair now days it seems. Ah you've reminded me. I've got some bright pink hair dye to apply! I've just been too chatty and busy to do it as of late. Think I'll have to get round to that!!

I had a bit of a Flock of Seagulls going on for a brief moment in the 80s, before genetic baldness and backward hairdrying of rock hard gel-spray took care of that.

id have posted that without a moments hesistation, dunno what hes so embarrased about ! :) Looks a bit like Big Country style too, i remember FOS having far more embarrassing and much bigger hair than that pic. They must have changed/grown their hair. Big hair was all the rage then though.
 
TBH MDB I thought it would be bigger!!! Dunno why he's embarrassed. Its the one time when being bigger IS something to be embarrassed about! ;)
 
I deleted it in a fit of paranoia (along with erroneously changing my location setting to Essex). I'll get a new one next time I have access to an actual computer.
