Thank you mate. I've never found diet that difficult personally and now I've reached the big 40 I don't want to get all out of shape.

Edit: done! The code is [IMGR=300]image url[/IMGR] where 300 is the size in pixels (not sure if it's the width or height though).

I used to love running,swimming, badminton and would also do circuit training twice a week. Used to have a good level of all round fitness but have never been into weights as I'm a skinny bloke and I honestly found weight training to be fairly boring to do.
I never wanted to be a fat bloke in my 40's but I'll be 44 in February and I'm still under 11 stone with a little beer belly although I hardly ever drink.
Would like to get back into running again if the doctors say I can go ahead and do it.
