Ur joking marmz raas is skinny looking sorry he did kickboxing wow. I represented my country for taekwondo got the tracksuit still not to mind my instructors were the backbone of the irish team that won the world taekwondo championchips in 1982 beating Usa korean the country that invented tkd they learned off the founder of tkd's no1 prize student frm '69 onwards when he spread tkd to uk/ire. Forgetting all that i have a temper if i roared at him he'd run lol.sry raas :-)

I've trained with 2 world champions, studied sports science and applied it to martial arts, even had my own training studio once, ko'd the guy in the first round of every fight ive been in... But would put my money on Evey to kick ur ass harder after that last post!!

Dan some people look away when i catch their glance i have an unintentional scowl you know me here im not a bad bloke. It has it upsides tho i get a wide berth frm scallys n muppets but im no bully dont want a bad rep based on appearences.
