What I meant is, yes, I did want the OOBEs, so I would take myself to the edge of experiencing them from the MXE alone, and then take a large dose of ketamine that would also have independently produced a hole-state, in order to make those sensations more profound. For me, MXE is preferable to K for everything but holing, however ketamine just produces much more vivid bodily hallucinations, all the flying and shifting and spinning and stuff. IME, methoxetamine can do these kinds of things, but ketamine produces far more vivid, rapid, exciting, simply superior experiences at high doses. The way to create the most intense experience is the dosage regimen I prescribe above, a pitch black room, a comfortable bed, and to be naked apart from some headphones. Le viola. Also, as I've said before, Lyrica is a powerful ally when pursuing deep states of dissociation. YMMV.

Lots of people who take k don't seem to understand the sensory deprivation for some reason and I think it makes up for half the 'hole' experience.

It's really important to have speakers that cover/mask all sound in the room at a decent volume or headphones. Lie down, lights off, no visual disturbance. Just zone out and listen to the music, I normally know things are going as I get a shift in gravity or sensation that I'm moving on the bed as if it's a moveable hospital bed or a water park ride.

Big k-hole albums for me would be some of Chemical Brothers or Tool's finest. Selected Ambient Works by Aphex Twin is another, used to love racking two fat lines, one for each nostril, lying back and travelling through worlds. No experience with combining Lyrica though, reckon that would make it a lot harder to fight the k-hole and much easier to fall into.

I got reaquainted with it a coupla weeks ago ... after a bottle of wine ... several licks of it from my finger just to make sure I got an accurate dose

It was as regrettable as ever. I only seem to go for it when I'm judgement impaired.

I like it in small doses tho, lots
 
The thought of any dissociative and alcohol makes me feel ill. For some reason every single time without fail that I've tried combining booze and K it's ended in puking my guts up then suffering from the worst headache I've ever felt. Both when sniffing it while drunk or drinking whilst Ked up, it pretty much instantly causes me to spew then feel like death for hours.
 
first 2 times i tried MXP (at low doses) i found some wine to really pick up the euphoric side of things. Only did that as i ran out of weed and didn't want to redose.

Haha, It's precisely because of alcohol that I did some last night! Started out with a carefully measured 30mg dose, but as soon as I started to feel that wonderful wobbliness I stuck my pinky in the bag a further three times so god knows how much i took in total :-( I remember thinking on several ocassions 'you've really done it now, you're never coming out of this one!) Very intense, and I felt like my brain had melted which was a little scary. Lasted for ages, only got about 2 hours kip. Got a bit more than I bargained for really, but that's what happens when booze is involved...
Tbh, I prefer lower dose sessions myself.
 
Last week 10mg of ethylphenidate acted as a functional stim for the first half then gave me residual stim as expected with quite an uneasy thumping heart. With etiz and or booze it seems to become more recreational and less heavy on the heart (feels that way anyway). Since last night iv been through near 200mg of it with none of the palpitations or nasty anxiety. I suppose the etiz/booze helped with that. On a more serious note, has anyone any idea how physically/mentally damaging this combo is? Or do the effects of each drug combined balance out the potential problems? Obviously giving your body drugs which act in opposite ways isn't healthy bus I'm just curious as to whats actually going on inside of me with this combo
 
It's not actually inherently unhealthy to use drugs which 'work opposite ways'; the problems arise usually when one drug masks the effects of another.

Regular stim and benzo combos are definitely a well-established road to ruin for precisely this reason. You'll think you're sharp and clearheaded but you're actually full of benzos - i.e. drunk, pretty much. Conversely, the benzos can mask some of the unpleasant effects of too many stims - effects that would usually help to persuade you to lay off a little.

Any regular concurrent stim / benzo use will do you in, essentially. Every now and then it's not much of a problem.
 
Cheers for the reply Sammy. I'm all for the idea that everyone is affected differently from drugs in general depending on their BMI, tolerance and physical/mental health, etc and you should listen to your body. (I should take more of my own advice onboard!) So basically once the stims wear off i could be left more intoxicated than expected as far as depressants go?

So 1 more line followed by 1 more etiz once the initial buzz from the ethyl wears off then its bed time for me i think! As much as I enjoyed the combo, its fucked up my etiz taper up and iv sat up doing mindless tasks all night which has kinda killed off this day but i knew thats what i was in for. I'll be leaving the ethyl for at least a couple weeks now, doesn't feel to healthy and its too fiendy for the actual buzz it gives me.
 
Its for the best. I wasn't even a fan until i mixed it with etiz/booze. I seen the price of it and thought it could be a good chem for getting stuff done so i thought id give it a bash. Except from the odd bit of MDMA every couple of months im not even big into my stims now. In saying that though i had a rough time with drone when it was legal, then abused the fuck out of MDMA to the point where it wasn't fun anymore and i was an angry wee man during the week due to lack of seratonin. Iv learnt my lesson from stims and realise they don't mix well with my character. I prefer psychs because i can gain more from them and I'm less likely to try to "keep er lit" as long as possible like i would with stims which usually ends in long sessions which i more than often regret.

So back to tackling some of my new years resolutions:
- only use stims/psychs every other month
- get off etiz!
- don't smoke weed morning - evening but rather as a treat once i complete a task i set myself (small things like cleaning/tidying the house then reward with a bong) :)
- stop buying things i don't need online while intoxicated lol

So far none of these goals have been successful, except maybe smoking less weed during the day.
