EADD Music Production Thread: Side B

Yeah, you do pretty much, you might be best off copying a plain organ-sounding patch from somewhere which will likely be a square wave with little modification, so you'll have less button pressing to get it to a fairly neutral state from which to start. TBH you may as well just eliminate said organ patch because that's what organs are for, not synths :)

Oh god yeah the organ patches do make me cringe :D My X-50 does a decent attempt of supplying various types of organ, but the whole concept of faking an organ seems naff (especially when said organ patches initiate with cheesy arpeggiated drum loops).

Fuck you Alchemy and your lack of letting me modulate the Size and Density parameters, of your granular synthesis engine manually, and various other important parameters, fuck you and your LFOs, fuck your everything, you fuck.

EEAD producers collaboration! we could all contribute some bits and then see what people come up with using them....been pondering this before.

Care to send me some bits Alb? Would like to have a mess around with that synth from Time

Do you have Ableton? If so, I'll send you the live set.

The actual synth sounds were sampled from a Korg Poly-61 Analogue synth, so I'm afraid they weren't part of any production software.

Jancrow I insist you use the tape-echo.

Yeah I have ableton Alb :) That's what I gathered, is that the synth you got from Jan? I was just wondering if you could send the wav of the synth over,

Ceres: that sounds like a great idea, if you can find the voice samples lemme know
