Fucking hell mate. I don't really know. It's difficult with stims as a opiate overdose is pretty obvious and doesn't really need a definition but generally a stim overdose is generally defined as someone having taken more than they wanted to leading to any number of adverse effects be that cardiac problems, amphetamine psychosis or just plain anxiety. It's very hard to define what constitutes an overdose. If someone rings 999 on the grounds of what they perceive as a stimulant "overdose" then we would usually run a 12 lead ECG, give rectal or IV diazepam and take then to hospital
Obviously it's not like an opiate od that can be simply reversed with narcan but your treating the symptoms that manifest themselves and intervening before any cardiac problems get worse. Also the hospital may have to treat hyperthermia that can occur.
I'm so fucking jealous. I totally missed out when meph was readily available - which is probably a good thing tbh...
Is it more like pins?Yellow crystally stuff i have which stinks, not shards tho
Speaking of eye wobbles, jesus it feels like my eyes are going to fucknig fall out, annoying or what. Only side effect that really pisses me off. Anyway...
Pins? like extra long thin shards? like in fact a pin..as in for pinning fabric..is that what was meant?..ha haaaaa Dan..would love some mepth with shards as big as rolling pins..
Nah pre-ban was properly consistent. & reliable and consistent in effects
The thing is Dan there drugs like clonadine for lowering BP and a spray called GTN (aka Glyceryl tri nitrate) that we use as a vasodilator when people are having an MI (heart attack) but they are prescription only meds and just treat symptoms not the cause. Please don't think I'm being a wet blanket but if anything like that happens and your really worried call an ambulance. They can monitor your BP and do a full.ECG from that back of the vehicle without having to take you to hospital and if it's nothing then you can simply get-out and go home but there's no way of knowing without being able to see what your heart is doing and thatvcan only be done with the right equipment....you can't really guess. You know yourself what feels normal when you usually take a certain drug and what doesn't. If your ever worried at all please phone 999 straight away mate... Take care Dan
