Haha, I haven't been out on it for ages so we'll see how I do tonight :P Got to not do what I usually do and actually bring enough for the whole night this time rather than running out and wanting to go home. I used to love going walking on meph, walked around the whole campus one of the first times I did it, felt like I could have gone on forever. I don't get paranoid on it touch wood, sometimes get people moaning at me when I'm on it though (NO I'M NOT ON DRUGS... said with completely blacked out eyes) which is a bit of a buzzkill. Fucking hypocrites eh :P I still don't get the porn thing though which is lucky I guess, stops me being anti social at least ;)
 
The paranoia thing could actually hit you at any time (and it seems if you get it once, it will re-occur). I have different paranoias while on it, and I'm sure some of them were started due to reading about potential meph side effects. I reckon paranoia is down to high dopamine without an increase in seratonin. The seratonin effect of meph drops the more you do it.

Put it this way - in the early days of meph, a girl I was seeing took me to a birthday party on meph (kids/teenagers there too) and I felt great/no qualms at all, though neither of us reckoned on getting so fucked. We were busted by a small group while we were there (they thought we were on E), but she got a right bollocking from the hosts (her friends) the next day. It lead to her 'dumping' me (though I guess the main thing sticking us together was drug fuelled fun; didn't find her that amazing otherwise) and I do feel guilty about it now, going to a birthday party on drugs. 8) Now, one sniff, and I'd stay indoors by myself, incase I got para!
 
Personally never had paranoia on it... always felt so connected and buzzing... but afterwards it developed. jumping to illogical conclusions and stuff, then questioning myself, being unable to trust my own judgement. was a cycle of headfuck for awhile until i eased off

Well, 'out' during the day ( 8) ) I've thought I've heard people saying "he's on drugs" (maybe they did =D ) or, at night, whole rooms of people looking at me. In alone, I get obssessed with my skin/joints - probably after reading about purple/blue knees, etc!

Thing is, when I take stims, other people note it very quickly, before I feel high even. I remember doing a couple far apart bombs of ~60mg meph and a girl I work with thought I was on E. =D Didn't feel much, got into a mainstream bar and I don't know what the giveaway was. (She was a coke fan so might have been picking up on subtle signals.) Before meph was known about by the general public, E was always the assumption. =D
 
Have any of you had purple knees before on it? I have once, near the beginning of when I started using and after a long break which was odd. Nothing like that since.

I'm not a paranoid person in general so I'm hoping that that'll be one side effect I never see. I know people can tell that I'm on drugs though because my pupils get HUGE after doing even a tiny line (like now... you can barely see what colour my eyes are haha). When I went to a party last weekend as soon as I walked in the group of guys sitting in the living room were like 'wow what are you on your eyes are massive' so yeah not easy for me to get away with it :P I don't mind being high around people at uni so much, don't even mind them commenting in a jokey way but it just pisses me off when they say anything negative about it. It's like, hello, you've just drunk 20 cans of cider, who are you to lecture me about drug use? Haha. Jealous of you having someone to do meph with though, I so want that, I need to find a cool guy tbh!

Surely you can get some reasonably cheap meph ponch?? I can still get it for £40 for 3.5gs so not much more than pre ban.

Same haha, infact id tell people i was either on coke or MD to save explaining, saying "mephedrone" sounds too much like methadone... saying "meph" sounds like meth

When it was legal, you just said you weren't on owt, in the knowledge that if anyone marched you to the polis there was fuck all the law could do anyway. =D

Dunno. Now always think finger joints and stuff are going at least red after 500mg, but don't know if that's real or just heightened awareness and paranoia. I'll be running around the flat checking myself under different light sources, feeling tweaked and reaching for the vallies and booze. I have a feeling this was the point when I used to feel beautifully and deliriously fucked. :X
 
Haha nah i wasnt fussed about being marched to the pigs, although years later after the ban i went up to a toilet in a venue... with eyes that i didnt think were too dialated wide... but they must have been... not that its ever stopped me anyway... no lock on the door so held it with my foot... went to hoof a line... hoofed it... before i got a chance to put it away the door came half in, dragged out by bouncers, police came and i was banging on at full chat about how alcohol is so dangerous and socially acceptable and blah blah etc, how much more dangerous it is, and that im not harm to anyone and just out for a good night and feeling the love, my mates started kicking off on the police saying it was unfair, treated as if i had a knife on me or something, put in a cell for 11 hours, then taken to court months later and fined about 200 quid. the night was going beautifully until then

Ive had blue knuckles/knees off pre ban after a sesh, pins and needles, infact every side effect off the stuff. side effects much less noticable with the stuff around now

I've had purple knees and feet on it before, after using during the afternoon, then all night. The morning is when I noticed the colouring. I was using pretty small doses repeatedly though rather than the larger repeated doses I currently do and I haven't noticed it since (NOTE: I'm not telling people to go take huge doses all night, it's just an odd observation).

I read somewhere that some of the blue joint reactions may not be vasoconstriction? People were discussing over it possibly being an immune system reaction to the mephedrone rather than constriction of the vessels (though I'm not sure about these claims).

When I got the purple knees thing was odd, did a few lines of stuff that I'd been doing before I took a break, couple of hours in my knees began to feel really cold so I looked down and they were fucking purple. Didn't go to sleep for about 5 hours after because I was so freaked out haha, they went back to normal in that time though thank god.
 
I never had blue knees/pins and needles or anything after even 1.5-2g in a night. Pretty sure some people here were boshing about 15g in a weekend or something mental. Meph seems pretty benign to me, took a 500mg bomb by accident once(sheer absent mindedness), was absolutely fucked for hours.

Possibly a combo of both. during the times on meph i got colds more often, generally felt battered,

Rarely but yeah, only a few times in 6-ish years which is all good, the bouncers at the music venues i go to are usually sound, infact they turn a blind eye, they dont give a shit, rarely any fights
 
Hasn't ever happened to me but have had loads of mates getting kicked out of clubs before without very much reason imo. Generally though bouncers are alright yeah, I always get let into clubs with dinner plate eyes so they can't give that much of a shit :P

Can't believe people go over 500mg a night... or even over a g a night, that's just insane. Why do you even need that much?
 
Deffo... couldnt hammer the pre ban like i did the stuff after the ban... max ive ever done is a few gs over a few days. surprised your not out clubbing yet summer ;p
