Did you not see that guardian article recently about the secret services of several countries, US and UK prominent, who have infiltrated computer games, shit like second life and the like? So many of them were doing it that the CIA had to create a new section dedicated to stopping them spying on themselves.

That looks ridiculous but I haven't made any of it up. Can't be arsed to link story, google it yourself. It's true.

yeah a mad comedy caper. There's no real druggies on here, everybody is just undercover pretend druggies.

If a meet up does go ahead that could be a concern though, fucking 50 drugs squad coppers could come storming in if its not organised carefully. Some people might have a bit of 'personal use' something or other on them, others might have legal highs or w/e. :sus:

Thoughts -

Problem is so many EADDER's have either passed away, or been banned, or just stopped posting completely, turnout will be poor. Regardless, I would come, bare in mind Birmingham is a 4-5 hour drive for me, any further up begins to get quite expensive and a reluctantly long drive. I think Lakes wouldn't work - too much organisation is required which will put people off. So maybes Manchester or leeds depending on where most of you are based.
 
Aye.. back to Brum, Manc or Leeds, then. Is there anyone that's in one of those places that's arranged a meet before?

How am I going to arrest anyone if I don't get to meet you? :sus:
 
not sure if I've posted enough to be able to come to a meet up but I'd be up for brum.

(Just looked and Brum does have a backpacker hostel for cheap accommodation, which might help with logistics.. ponder ponder plot.)
 
Brum has a million places near the town centre, 24 check in and about £25 a night breakie included. I stayed at such a place called "princes hotel" recently. though, im guessing other suggested cities would have similar accommodation prices

EDIT - I dunno, couldn't decide on a suitable avatar so went for failsafe lorries and boobies

(Also, was suggesting hostel as I'd rather not assume everyone can afford a hotel. Plus I'm pretty skint myself at the moment. But I guess not everyone would be staying in the same place anyway.)
