You can ninja edit up to 5 minutes but after that amount of time it leaves a trail and can be put back to earlier versions with a wave of a magic modstick. I think.

This sounds cool! I've always fancied a chemically assisted hike with some kindred kind. I struggle to organise it with 'RL' mates, plus whenever anyone I know goes walking it tends to be something like an attempt to blast the three peaks in under 25 minutes, or scale a cliff using only a blunt toothpick. I used to be unfit and overweight. Thanks to drugs, now I'm just unfit. If anyone would be so kind as to include me in any preliminary organisation, it would be a privilege to join you in a potentiated power-amble.

If we're actually going to do this, we should probably set up some sort of private discussion group, as I reckon a lot meet-ups don't happen because people are worried about uninvited guests turning up and stealing their drugs, if you know what I mean

How many posts do I need to make before I get an invite, then? I promise not to steal everyone's drugs.

It sounds like a great idea, could get a camper van and make my way up north, I was planning a road trip to see family in Paris and Strasbourg in August anyway. If the meet up is really happening I could make a detour to the UK.

In what ?, it's been a good while since I went up there but the path by the railway line would be fairly easy from what I remember. The one on the other side, the rangers path ?? was much more tricky. I'd need motorised transport to get up there these days

Coincidentally enough, I'm actually going to North Wales mountaineering this year. Done all the beautiful mountains that the Lakes and Scotland have to offer; was looking forward to finding some interesting routes up Snowdon. And of course, winding up the tourist-hating locals in the pubs by mispronouncing Welsh words.

If the BL crew is meeting up that way, there is a very real possibility of combining a meet-up with my trip.

My good friend is currently training to be a mountain leader. He knows Wales very well. If anyone wanted to try scrambling up some graded, exposed routes, the offer is there.

To put you all in spirit, here is a picture of myself ascending Scarfell Pike in the Lake district on one of the more challenging routes.

No, sir. Wild camping is not allowed at the lakes and doing so could incur a hefty telling off from the National Trust.

However, there are plenty of decent camp sites located at the foot of the mountains.
